Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days. (Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local postal services, and custom clearances).

Shipping Rates & Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer Free Shipping on promotional items, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Customs, Duties, and Taxes Pet Toyz  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
